Plasma Mold Chase Cleaner, BGA (离子体清洗模具机)

 

New and Green Technology using PLASMA DISCHARGE to clean Mold on-machine: equal cleaning effect as conventional melamine cleaning, convenient and safe method, health and environment friendly and low cost operation.

 

Traditional mold cleaning method has the following disadvantages:         

1) Sand & Dry-Ice Blast - High risk of surface damage due to direct impact

2) NaOH Cleaning - Unhealthy toxic gas and difficulty in handling chemical         

3) Melamine Cleaning - Unhealthy toxic gas and long cleaning duration                

4) UV Cleaning - Unhealthy O3 gas and minor cleaning                                            

5) Laser Cleaning - High risk and dangerous to operator
