SKYMART Technologies (天码科技) is established in 2006 through the expansion from our 1st company, Shenzhen SKYMART, in 1997.
Through the 8+ years, we have further established SKYMART Systems & Services (天码系统), SKYMART Precision Tooling (天码精密) and SKYMART Greenergy (天码緑源) with presence in Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, China, South America, North America and Australia with global customer bases.
In mid 2012, SKYMART has established our IC Mold Machining Facilities in Malaysia to provide more cost effective & better local service to our Malaysia, Singapore & Asia customers.
In mid 2014, our group established our 1st Beverage business through with HQ located in a busy hubs and offices in Malaysia.
The Group currently has 6 main business segments, which include our E-Commerce Business in mid 2016:
(1) Semiconductor Mold (半导体模具和软件模拟) - Design, Fabrication, Refurbishment and Upgrade of Automolds, Conventional Molds and Customised Molds, Mold Chases, Cavity Bars and Spares. We use 3D Model, Moldflow Simulations & Ansys Analysis.
(2) Backend Equipment & Part (半导体机台和備件) - Design, Fabricate and Service of TrimForm Machines, Singulation Machines, include Automold System Refurbishments, Automold System Upgrade and New Process Technologies.
(3) Semiconductor Materials (半导体生产材料) - Supply from our prestigious partners from Korea, main products are the QFN Tapes, Lead Lock Tapes, Die Attached Tapes or DAF and Lead On Chip Tapes or LOC Tapes. In 2014, we have established a factory in Malaysia for the supply of mold cleaning rubber and chemical.
(4) LED Lightings & Eco-Friendly Product (LED光源和环保产品) - Supply from our factories from Hong Kong and partners from Korea, main products are in-door lightings such as LED Tube, LED Panel, LED Ceiling Light, LED PL Light & others such as LED Grow Light and LED Flood Light.
(5) Fruit Coffee & Specialty Beverage (水果咖啡和创新饮品）- Supply from our very own Coffee/Tea establishment in Malaysia: DURIAN Coffee, Strawberry Coffee, Orange Coffee, Red Potato Coffee, Blue Berry Coffee and Green Tea Coffee.
