SKYMART Systems & Services (天码系统) is established in 2008 to handle added customers’ demand in our services to provide Semiconductor Material and Semiconductor Machine. 

 

Our new products and services cover Semiconductor Tape such as QFN Tape, Lead Lock (LL) Tape, Die Attached (DA) Film and Lead On Chip (LOC) Tape and Backend Machine such as Auto-Mold, Trim-Form, Lead-frame Down-set & Taping, Lead-frame and Pellet Loading, Laser Marking and Customised Automated System.   

 

In 2009, SKYMART Systems & Services (天码系统) has invested into a Machine Shop with 20 years experience in the fabrication of Semiconductor Mold & Spares.

 

 In 2010, SKYMART Systems & Services (天码系统) has invested into another Machine Shop with 30 years experience in the fabrication of Carbide Tooling and Machine Part.
