SKYMART performs Moldflow Simulation to ensure optimized-balance flow of compound for the design of all our New Conventional Mold.  We could ensure mismatch & misalignment of max 1.5 mil, no resin & flash with Wire Sweep & Void same as Automold.  Our conventional mold use 10~30% less compoound that the normal Conventional Mold. 

We specialise in Conventional Mold Refurbishment, Except for Mold Chase and Mold Base, we replace all items with new parts. We turn your oldest mold into a functional Mold which gives good quality product for another decades.
